Year of Gratitude - Day 76 - A Bronx Tale

I loved the movie A Bronx Tale, but then I saw Chazz Palminteri's one-man stage act and was blown away. I didn't know it was a one man show until about 2 hours before. I was weary, but this story is an incredible story. Palminteri is an extremely gifted storyteller and artist.

Year of Gratitude - Day 45 - Trip to Cincinnati

A couple weeks ago, my two dear friends and I packed up my car and drove down to Cincinnati for a weekend trip. It may have been one of the most perfectly planned, timed and executed trips ever. We got a great deal on a condo for the weekend, walked everywhere, ate well, partied exceptionally and responsibly, slept easy and stayed hydrated. We also saw an amazing one-woman stage adaptation of The Handmaid's Tale. And the weather was perfect. This is a road trip that I will not soon forgot.
