Year of Gratitude - Day 166 - Running

Running isn't always great. In fact, if you do it wrong, it sucks. I'm glad I have some good buds and also that I came across The Rough Guide to Running at the library years ago. It helped me to think about my stride, my breath, my training and my form.

Bad runs are rough, for sure. But there are few things that make me feel more amazing than a good run. I personally stick to 1-3 miles a run, just enough to help me get in shape. Now that I have finally purchased some good gear, I'm enjoying it much more.
