30 Days of Gratitude: Day 7 - the iPod

This little device changed my life. With the ability to listen to music, I found myself more will to work out. Then I discovered podcasts and have downloaded thousands and thousands on a wide range of topics. There is so much awesome stuff out there. I've found running is actually easiest when I'm listening to business news or lectures. My hate for exercise makes me a keen listener, I suppose. It's weird. Here are a few of my favorites to take out for a jaunt around the neighborhood:
