30 Days of Gratitude: Day 18 - University of Michigan-Dearborn

UM-Dearborn was where I learned to write, think critically and truly learn. It was great to get a Michigan education while living in Detroit with my parents, too. I would not have been able to go away to school. The internship office got me a gig with the Detroit Red Wings. Mardigian Library is where my love for libraries was born. And I don't think of this enough, but my then boyfriend now spouse also went there. Our dates often consisted of sitting in my room studying and eating Pizza Place pizza. Those were the days.
