Exercise Tips

When Google Reader's demise was announced, I had to migrate all my feeds. In the migration, I rediscovered this wonderful site with a daily exercise tip. It's a little ad-heavy, but the RSS feed will clean that up for you. Here's a nibble from the other day:

Walking at least 45 minutes 3 times a week improves oxygen flow to the brain, and thus improves concentration and reaction time of seniors, according to a recent study in the journal Nature. The study used walking, but other aerobic exercise should work, too.
