Year of Gratitude - Day 115 - Euchre

Euchre is a wonderful card game that finds its roots in the Midwest. It takes a bit of learning and
playing open hands to figure out what the heck is going on, but if you know how to play Spades, you will have an easier time understanding Euchre. As I looked up a few resources on how to play Euchre, I was reminded of all the times I have played - in high school during chemistry class, online on Yahoo! games and most recently in real life, with a bunch of Spartans at a party. It is a wonderful game. I am grateful that someone in my past took the time to teach me how to play.

May your days be blessed with bowers, may you throw trump in triumph and may you utter the words "I'm going alone" many times over!
